Volunteer: Taylor Swift Laser Concert | Planetarium

You're invited to join the fun and help The Brown team host Taylor Swift Laser Concert inside the Lowell and Nancy Lohman Family Planetarium on Saturday, March 21st.

You'll have the opportunity to help greet members, check them in for the event, and help crew the concession stand and movie night popcorn machine. 

Opportunity OverviewShifts:  7pm-10pmTraining: You'll meet your event lead inside the main lobby of the Museum for a quick training. Duties: Greet members, check them in for the event, and help crew the concession stand.Dress Code: Business casual to smart casual is recommended. Volunteer Appreciation: As a volunteer, if seats are available, you are welcome to enjoy the show after the successful completion of your volunteer assignment

Bourbon & Blueprints is a signature Nova Society evening that invited members into the architectural thinking shaping the future of The Brown. With a speakeasy-inspired vibe, the event blends design, bourbon and social energy - creating a night that feels thoughtful, stylish and unmistakably fun!

Duties: Assist with guest check in and run silent auction items

Dress Code: All black, business casual

Volunteer: ERAU Astro Open House

We plan to host four telescopes, a hands-on activity table, and a Museum information and Master Plan table, and we may also have our Outreach Van onsite. Volunteers will play a key role in creating a welcoming, educational, and smoothly run experience.


Volunteer duties may include:

Assisting with setup and breakdown of telescopes and activity tables

Helping manage telescope lines and guest flow

Supporting hands-on astronomy activities

Engaging visitors at the Museum promotion/Master Plan table

Providing general event support and guest assistance


Schedule: 6:30PM-10PM



No prior astronomy experience required!
