Volunteer: Expedition: DinosaurCome join staff and travel back in time with Expedition: Dinosaur! This exhibition combines engaging interactives with life-like animatronic dinosaurs and exciting educational content. Over a dozen realistic dinosaurs and robotic creatures will awe guests with their lifelike size, thrilling sound installations, and exciting special effects. MOAS visitors will feel as if they are truly walking among the dinosaurs. As a volunteer, you will be part of the Launch & Learn team responsible for helping us ensure a memorable visitor experience while collecting feedback to determine how we integrate future travel exhibits into our Museum. A training manual will be provided prior to the opening, along with ongoing training and feedback. Duties include: Engaging guests and members to offer assistance and to answer questions.Connecting with visitors to create a memorable experience.Report and address exhibit issues (maintenance, opening/closing procedures and cleaning).Help security and staff ensure that the Museum code of conduct is adhered to.Solicit and encourage visitor feedback through surveys.Drinks, a break room, and a place to sit are available while volunteering.
