Volunteer: Mezzanine Clean Up

We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to help with an important mezzanine clean-up and organization project! We will be helping the education team organize and move pieces to Emery Riddle University. 

What You’ll Do:
Volunteers will assist with sorting, organizing, and moving educational materials and equipment stored in the mezzanine area. This is a hands-on role that makes a big difference in keeping our resources accessible and ready for use.

Important Requirements:
Please note that this role involves lifting and using stairs. Volunteers must be comfortable carrying items up and down steps and handling moderate physical activity.

Volunteer Dates & Needs:

Throughout May (Flexible Scheduling):
We welcome volunteers at any time during May to help organize educational materials. Come when you’re available—every bit of help counts!June 4:
Help needed to load equipment for transport.June 5:
Help needed to unload and place materials at their destination.

Volunteer: SLI Summer Volunteers

The Summer Learning Institute (SLI) focuses on art, science, and history, with many interactive and engaging learning experiences for students 5-13 years of age. All classes are taught by education professionals over an eight-week schedule with assistance from this volunteer opportunity. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. and volunteers can select which weeks they'd like to serve. Flexible schedules are available. 

Training/support will be provided by a specific staff lead, though a SLI Counselor application is required to be submitted, reviewed and approved before beginning.
