Come join the fun and help the MOAS team host the Birds and Brews event on March 20, 2025.
Volunteer Description: As an official MOAS volunteer at Birds and Brews, you'll support the MOAS staff and community by checking in guests that have registered for the event. Additional duties may be assigned on event night.
Event Description: Enjoy beer “flights” while learning about the various birds painted by John James Audubon. Join MOAS Senior Curator of History Zach Zacharias as he discusses the blending of art and science in these historical paintings. Learn about migration patterns, the science of flight, local Florida environments, and more! Enjoy local Florida beers from six different breweries (each bringing two of their craft beers), while learning about local Florida birds.

Opportunity Overview
- Shift: 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
- Training: You'll meet Shelby, your event lead in the main lobby of the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum for training.
- Duties: Greet members and check them in for the event, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
- Dress Code: Business casual attire is recommended.
