The MOAS marketing and development team is looking for volunteer support to manage membership tables. Volunteers will help current members, as well as promote the benefits of membership to guests, including signing up new members.
This volunteer position will partner with MOAS staff to interact with our highest-value guests, including donors. Volunteers will be trained in the process and best practices.
Here are the upcoming opportunities:
- March 4: Cultural Fair at Keiser University from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- April 3: VIP members only opening of Shoosty Bugs from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- April 4: Members only opening of Shoosty Bugs from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Opportunity Overview
- Training: You'll meet your event lead in the main lobby of the Museum of Arts & Sciences for a training. Training may be scheduled in advance of some events.
- Duties: VIP guest assistance, guest questions, membership questions and enrollment.
- Benefits: Socialize while helping your community get connected to the world of arts and sciences.
- Dress Code: Business casual attire is recommended.
