Passport to the Garden is more than a gala—it’s a celebration of curiosity, creativity, and community. As the Museum of Arts & Sciences’ biggest fundraiser of the year, this elegant evening helps us fulfill our mission: to inspire exploration in art, science, and history and elevate the experience of Volusia County.
You will have the opportunity to meet event guests and socialize while helping the MOAS staff. Volunteer duties include greeting and checking in guests, ushering them to their seats, handing out props, assisting our vendors/hosts, general wayfinding, bathroom/dining attendants, and raffle ticket sales. Volunteer duties will be assigned prior to event night. If you have a preference, please contact us at volunteers@moas.org. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
Opportunity Overview
Event Date & Time: Saturday, September 27, 2025 | 6:00 – 10:00 PM
Volunteer Shifts: 4:45 - 9 p.m.
Location: Museum of Arts & Sciences (Main Building) | 352 S. Nova Road, Daytona Beach
Duties: Greeters, ushers, attendants, floaters, vendor support, runners, ticket sales, and more.
Training: Training will be held onsite prior to the event. Additional details to come.
Dress Code: Formal cocktail attire, with a nature theme is recommended.
Benefits: Entertain and socialize, while helping your community.
Food/Beverage: A volunteer/staff area with food and drinks will be available inside the library.
