We’re looking for a few volunteers to help us support Ponce Inlet Lighthouse’s Astronomy Night! Volunteers will assist with operating our telescopes, engaging with guests, and helping create a fun and educational evening under the stars. If you have your own telescope and would like to bring it along, you’re more than welcome to do so. This is a great opportunity to share your love of astronomy with the community during a beautiful night at the lighthouse.
Volunteer Duties Include:
Assisting with setup and operation of telescopes
Helping guests view celestial objects and understand what they’re seeing
Answering basic astronomy-related questions
Supporting crowd flow and guest engagement throughout the evening
