Become a MOAS Docent! The MOAS Docent Program is comprised of a specialized, dedicated, and highly trained volunteer group that leads adult and school tours throughout the Museum. Skills needed include public speaking, the ability to retain information, and the self-motivation to learn and research education topics. This is the perfect spot for those who are open to continued learning, like public speaking, and love sharing information about art, science, and history. Being a docent means being part of a collaborative team that includes on-site training and at-home study sessions, along with monthly group meetings.
