You're invited to join the fun and help the MOAS team host movie night inside the Lowell and Nancy Lohman Family Planetarium on Saturday, August 17. Loving Vincent is a film about the life of artist Vincent van Gogh and his final days. The film is composed entirely of oil paintings—65,000 of them—created by 125 artists from around the world, taking ten years to complete.
You'll have the opportunity to help greet members, check them in for the event, and help crew the concession stand and movie night popcorn machine. The one-time, event-based shift is between 5:00 and 7:30 p.m. If seats are available, as a volunteer, you are welcome to enjoy the show after the successful completion of your volunteer assignment.
